About Me

Experienced. Certified. Supportive.

I am a Board-Certified Family Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult and Senior Health. I work with adults across the lifespan who are living with depression, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, attention and focus problems, obsessive–compulsive symptoms, bipolar disorder, and the emotional impact of chronic medical conditions.

Because each person responds to medications differently, I incorporate pharmacogenetic testing when appropriate. This gives us additional information about how your body may metabolize certain medications so we can make more informed decisions about options and dosing.

My practice is collaborative, holistic, and patient-centered. Your values, preferences, and goals guide treatment planning. I offer supportive psychotherapy and/or medication management, depending on your needs.

I keep my practice small and personal. Calls are returned promptly, and I am often reachable by text for brief, practical questions between visits.

Telepsychiatry visits via HIPAA-compliant video are available for patients who prefer or require remote care.

Telepsychiatry & Online Visits

I am set up to use a HIPAA-compliant telepsychiatry platform, so we can meet online when in-person visits are not convenient or possible. Video visits allow you to attend appointments from home or another private space while still receiving comprehensive psychiatric care.

Telepsychiatry can be especially helpful for individuals who have difficulty commuting, have demanding schedules, or simply prefer the comfort of their own environment.

Holistic, Patient-Centered Care

Support that makes a difference for adults and seniors across a range of mental health concerns.

Wheat field, symbolic of resilience

Depression & Anxiety

Many people struggle with persistent sadness, worry, panic, or a sense of being overwhelmed. Together, we explore symptoms, stressors, and patterns, and develop a treatment plan that may include medication, therapy, or both.

Attention & Focus

Difficulties with attention, organization, and focus can affect work, school, and relationships. I evaluate for attention deficit disorders and collaborate on strategies and medications—when appropriate—to improve daily functioning.

Mood & Bipolar Disorders

Mood swings, episodes of depression, and periods of increased energy or irritability can be confusing and disruptive. Careful assessment and evidence-based medication management can help stabilize mood and support long-term wellness.

This is not an exhaustive list of concerns. If you are unsure whether I’m the right fit, please reach out and we can discuss your needs.
